Riayati (“the App”, “we”, “us”) is a personal medical-record tracker that helps you keep and organize health information for yourself and the people you care for. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, where it is stored, and the rights you have over your data. By using Riayati you agree to this policy.
The App is operated by Azzam A. Jarad. If you have any questions, contact us at azzamjarad@gmail.com.
We collect only what is needed to run the App:
We do not collect advertising identifiers, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Your data is stored in your device and, when you are signed in, synced to our cloud provider Supabase, which hosts the database on servers located in India (Mumbai region). Supabase acts as a data processor on our behalf. Data is protected by per-user access controls so that each account can only access its own records, and is encrypted in transit.
We do not share your health information with anyone except the service providers strictly required to operate the App (currently Supabase, for cloud storage and authentication). We may disclose information if required by law.
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the App (Account → Delete account). This removes your login and every medical record tied to it from both your device and our cloud, and cannot be undone.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection law. To exercise any right, contact us at azzamjarad@gmail.com.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and database access rules that isolate each user’s data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and review our practices regularly.
Riayati is intended to be used by adults, who may record health information for family members including children under their care. The App is not directed at children for independent use, and we do not knowingly allow anyone under the age of 13 to create their own account.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App.
